Update: The Direct Push deployment went very smooth

I have successfully delployed Direct Push on my boss’s Treo 700wx. This is what I had:

1) SBS 2003
2) Exchange 2003 SP2
3) GoDaddy SSL Certificate
4) A Treo 700/wx

If you follow the Microsoft article and the GoDaddy third-party certificate process PDF, it should work fine.

NOTE: Buying a third-party SSL Certificate from GoDaddy is the way to go.
1) It’s cheap!
2) You will not have any issues! (well, hopefully)

I am setting this up for a client tomorrow in downtown Phoenix and then for another one in Goodyear, AZ on Friday. Looking forward to it!
